Land O Lakes Theatre Organ Society News Letter

Our May Chapter meeting will be held at the Heights Theatre, 3951 Central Ave. N.E., on Saturday, May 1^st  from 11:00 am to approximately 1:00 pm.  Chapter members will present an update on progress on the organ. Kim Crisler will play for the group followed by open console. Thanks to Tom Letness on behalf of Land O’ Lakes Theatre Organ.

Our June Chapter meeting is planned for the Phipps Center for the Arts in Hudson, WI on Thursday, June 17^th from 7:00 to 9:30pm. Artists to be determined, and a follow-up email will be sent out once the artist has been chosen. Chapter members who might want to eat in Hudson about 5:30pm should contact Dave Kearn, Secretary, regarding possible arrangements for dinner at least one week in advance so reservations may be made for our group. Chapter updates, events and progress at the Heights will be presented, then concert and ‘open console’.  Many thanks to John Potter, Executive Director, and the Phipps Center for the Arts for their hospitality.

Chapter dues of $20.00 are now due and payable for the 2010-11 fiscal year that runs June/July.  Members that have not yet paid should mail their dues to the club secretary, Dave Kearn, at 2458 Arlington Ave. East, Maplewood, MN  55119 by the end of July to stay current.  You may also pay at the next Chapter meeting at the Heights.
